The First Paragraphs of The Book
When you ask someone where they went to school and they say “in the northeast,” you wonder which specific school and press further, “oh, where at?” and they respond “a small school around Boston.” Okay, you think… “which one exactly?” (because there are many)… Curtly, they finally answer “Harvard.”
Harvard. Of course it was Harvard. Snob.
Yeah, well I go to school in Northern California. Where at? The Bay Area… (which “bay area”? The only one that matters, duh. You should know this. (San Francisco)). Oh so like the University of San Francisco? Actually Stanford. Come on bro.
After this ordeal, you may be thinking “How did you get there?” To which I would respond “with a car.”
To be continued…
